These two are very very similar. They are both dusty blue and they have essentially the same gold shimmer. There are two differences between these two:
1) "I Don't Give a Rotterdam" is a hue lighter than its brother, "I Have a Herring Problem"
and
2) "I Don't Give a Rotterdam" is a warm color vs "I Have a Herring Problem" is a little bit cooler.
They're both gorgeous but even for blue nail polish enthusiasts like myself, one would probably be enough... I love them both, but if I had to choose, I would go with the "Herring". I just like how it looks up against my skin, and I tend to like darker polishes. But to each their own, so here's a comparison for your viewing pleasure!
IHAHP = I Have a Herring Problem
IDGAR = I Don't Give a Rotterdam!
