Hey all you beautiful Life in Color readers!

I'm Stephanie from a little Canadian blog called Sincerely Stephanie. I am so honoured to be doing a guest post for Gosia! She is one of my dearest friends in the nail polish community and I love her to death! I hope she is having an amazing time while she's away!

I decided to do some nails that were inspired by Sarah of Chalkboard Nails.

I started with a base of Cult Nails Time Traveler, which is such a beautiful perfect deep blue creme. It could almost be a one coater, but I used 2 for good measure. Then once it had dried I used striping tape to create an X on my nail. Then I grabbed my blue, gold and copper chrome Color Club stripers and and filled in 3 of the triangles. I swapped the bottom and top triangles on my ring finger for an accent.

I almost like my ring finger more than the others! Wouldn't it look cool if it was nude with the top 3 triangles? I'm going to have to try it out :)

How do you like my striping tape nails? I want to say a HUGE thanks again to Gosia for letting me guest post on her blog :)

  3. Looks awesome!
But I notice your photos/hand positions/watermark is (way) too similar to chalkboard nails you should change it so you can have a signature look :D (like the ones your using is CN look)
