Don't I have a raunchy polish for you today!! You've surely all heard about Cult Nails Feel Me Up by now?? Gotta love that name!!! I'm almost waiting for some hot dude to come up to me and ask what kind of nail polish I'm wearing!! Haha =)))
I've been itching forever to try this polish out, and today is such a great occasion since I'm fulfilling my ABC challenge "F" requirement!
Feel Me Up is a gorgeous, summer-screaming buttercup yellow. I don't own many yellows (2 others to be exact) so I don't have much experience with them, but I've read everywhere that they are a major PITA to apply. I really can't say it about this one!!
It took 3 coats to get full opacity. First coat, I gotta admit, didn't look too great. It wasn't streaky or anything, just didn't cover very well. I thought "oh oh, the prophecy of yellows is coming true!". That all changed with second coat which leveled itself out.. I applied a third coat which also leveled out even more, to cover up any missed bald spots. I freaking LOVE this color!!! It's so cheerful!!
And look, look, I even got my stamp right!!!! The stamping gods have smiled at me for once!!
When I first saw this polish all I could think about is how I could stamp a bee on it!! Somehow I associate these two together!! So to get my bee on (or is it a wasp?) I used Mash plate #36 and black Konad polish. I LOVE it!!!!

DeleteI try to be a fan of yellow, but I never seem to really like them. I must say that this one looks great! Leave it to Cult Nails :) The bee really puts this one over the top! I love it!
