Is it St. Patrick's Day yet??? Cult Nails "Deal With It"!

Hi beauties!!

Very atypical post here today...  It's not everyday you see green on my nails!
You all know how much I love Cult Nails..  everything about that nail polish is perfect:  always interesting colors, bottle shape, brush, formula..  Well I finely stumbled upon one I'm not too crazy about...  because it's green!!  But I'll let you be the judge!  I present to you Cult Nails "Deal With It"!

Deal With It is a bright lemon-lime green with gold shimmer throughout.  It goes on a little sheer at first but achieves opacity in 2-3 coats.  VNL is still somewhat visible after 2 coats.  Formula, as usual, is perfection!!
So what I am bitching about you say?  I think it's just me, I'm not used to green polishes!!  When I put it on, Kermit the frog came to mind (and I know Maria already has "Feeling Froggy" in her collection)!  Never said I wasn't weird =)

Of course a little artista came out of me to play... I say little because I failed yet again!  haha!  Instead of getting upset I just laugh now..  I've come to expect messed up nail art of my own creation, so there's really no reason to get upset anymore!
I used the plate RA-116 and Revlon Gilded Chrome to stamp the clover on my accent nail.  I had some loose glitter from somewhere so I decided to throw some on the edges of the clover.  And added a rhinestone in the middle.  Left nail stamp got a little messed up.  Right one looks better, but then the glitter loos messed up.  Oh well =)

This mani would be perfect if it were St. Patrick's Day!!  I can always pretend though, right?
Deal With It is part of Cult Nails newest Coco Untamed collection and can be purchased at Cult Nails website for $10/bottle.

In any case, I was thinking about throwing this polish into my sell/swap bin, but I think I will hold off for a while.  What do you all think?

Have a wonderful Sunday!  Thank you for reading!!! =))

  1. Ahh, another collection with great energy! Super bright, light greens are not my forte. Very fun to look at, but I can't fancy wearing one, myself. SUPER cute art, though. <3

    1. I don't.. I got brave with this one and if it wasn't in the collection (I just got the whole thing) I don't think I would have ever gotten it... to tell the truth, I don't think I will be getting any more greens for a while!

  6. Great shade, bright an fun and perfect for summer. A little peice of me aches every time I see this collection bc I'm on a low buy and sadly I resisted the purchase of this collection. Like you I'm also on the fence with alot of greens, but I actually think because this one might be easy to wear (for me) due to the playfullness in this green. It looks great on you & your art turned out fine!! haha perfect for St.Patricks day.

    1. I usually just keep polishes that would be work friendly, so maybe that's why I'm so upset over this one? I'll give this some more thought and decide whether it's worth keeping or not!

  8. That polish is amazing! It's been on my *need* list since the first swatches came out. The only thing I don't like about it is the visible nail line :/

  9. I love the color! I know what you mean. There are some colors that I just don't like on me and I avoid them. Doesn't mean I don't like them on other people.

    1. I know, I do this all the time!! I see swatches out there and love the color, although I know it may not look good on me... And I get it anyway in hopes that maybe I'm wrong?? And usually I'm not... Wuaah ;)
