Thirsty Thursdays: Vampire Cocktail

Hi girlies!!!

Welcome to today's Thirsty Thursday!!  The drink of the day is Vampire Cocktail, a delicious ice-cream based drink, inspired by one of my newest additions, Enchanted Polish "Vampire's Dessert."

Vampire's Dessert is a burgundy/dark chocolate brown linear holo.  The formula is like butter, and one coat is enough for full opacity!!!  LOVE THIS!!!

Vampire's Dessert is available for purchase at Llarowe or Harlow&Co. for $15 per bottle.  Stay tuned for a comparison of another brown holo!
Regardless though...  Jin wanted to know if she needed this polish... my answer is:  yes, girlie, you do!!!  So go get yourself a bottle!!!!

And as usual, after feasting our eyes on awesome polish, I'll let you raise your glass to Chelsea, the creator behind this gorgeous color!!

Vampire Cocktail

Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 30ml triple sec
  • 15ml white creme de cacao
  • drizzle of grenadine
Directions:

Blend all ingredients except the grenadine until smooth. Pour into stemmed cocktail glasses. Drizzle grenadine over the top.

Recipe courtesy American Professional Bartending Schools of Illinois in Chicago

JinJit asked for blood... I'd say grenadine is a good replacement!  As the author of this drink states, it is deliciously disgusting!!

Thank you for joining me at today's happy hour!!!  I hope you enjoyed both, the gorgeous polish and the delicious drink!!!

Have a wonderful Thursday, and thank you for reading!!

  4. Love that holo! Just added it to my *need* list :) That cocktail looks decadent! I agree with Tina. I may have to try that one on Sunday for True Blood. I have been enjoying Watermelon Mojitos on Sunday nights, but this week I just may switch it up :)
