Tuesdays with Zoya: FeiFei

Hi girlies!!

Ever since I got this polish I couldn't wait to put it on!!  Finally, the day is today!!  I present to you the magical Zoya FeiFei!!

Now this one is a real chameleon!!  I truly have not seen anything like this!  Zoya describes this as a "medium steel blue base with heavy gold, blue and pink iridescent metallic sparkle." Oh and what a sparkle it is!!!  It blings like crazy!!  It literally looks like metallic, sparkly steel, turning purplish/greenish and bluish.  Did  I mention the crazy sparkle???

2 coats for this beauty.  And truly, I have not found any accurate pictures of this beauty yet on the whole blogosphere!!  I literally gasped when I put on this beauty...  and when I opened the pictures for edit I literally thought:  "eww, that's some ugly-ass polish!"  So yeah... the pictures really don't do it justice!
Look at them and if you like them, multiply them by 100!  and if you don't like them, get this polish anyway...  I promise you will NOT be sorry!!!  This color is just.... something else!!  What an awesome job, Zoya!!

It's funny, I showed the nails to my DH and he had the same association as I did.. we both thought this color reminded us of a SuperNova!  Here's a pic of what this Zoya makes me think of!

FeiFei is part of the newest Zoya collection, Divas.  It is available for sale at the Zoya website for $8/bottle. By the way, what's up with those weird names Zoya comes up with??  I may show some pretty bad ignorance here, but I've never heard of at least quarter of the names that Zoya gives their polishes! (this one included!)  Where are easy names, like... Gosia???  haha =))

What do you guys think of this polish?  Do you have it yet?  No?  Get yourself a bottle NOW!!!  It is truly one of the most unique polishes I've ever layed my eyes on an it is such a great addition to my collection!!

Have a wonderful Tuesday!!

  5. They name their polishes after women, actually. I know some of the names are a bit unorthodox depending on where you reside, but I love the theme! So many brands use puns or name their polish after things like video games, books, science, etc., it's sort of refreshing to just see people's names. Though it really makes me wonder how I would name my polishes if I ever got around to actually mixing them...

    1. oh I knew it was after women, but still, I've never heard of some of those names... like FeiFei, Posh, Wednesday, Nimue, just to name a few... Again, I might be living under a rock!!! But I would love to see some good 'ol American names!!! =)) Justine would be nice too!! =)
