Twinsie Tuesday with Karen of Nail Call

Hi girls!

I have to admit, I've always been a little jealous of bloggers who did Twinsie posts.  I feel like these posts brings them together.  So just imagine my joy when Karen of Nail Call suggested we do one!!

A little while ago Karen tweeted me to tell me that she thought of me when she saw some GOSH polishes.  Now, what an incredible person she is!!  Of course I couldn't help but jump up and down and say yes!!  We did a swap of some liquid crack and the following mani features two of the awesome polishes she had sent me:  GOSH "Holographic Hero" and GOSH "Spot On! Pink".

I painted all but my accent nail with 2 careful coats of Holographic Hero.  I say careful because it was somewhat streaky with application.  I applied it over a layer of SV basecoat though, so it may work a little better with an aqua basecoat.  Nevertheless, it is still a gorgeous silver linear holo! (weak holo effect but still pretty great!)

I applied Spot On! Pink on my accent nail, a one coat Barbie pink creme with a fabulous formula!

I stamped all my nails with Gals plate GA-7.  I used Color Club "Harp On It" on my accent nail, and GOSH "Spot On! Pink" (yes, it's great for stamping too!) on all the others.  I finished off the look with application of two silver rhinestones on my accent nail.

I really hope you guys enjoyed my mani and the polishes that Karen had sent me!  If you don't know of her yet (how is that possible??) then run to check out her fabulous blog and awesome nails!!!

Karen, thank you so much again for sending me these polishes!!!  You are one awesome friend, girlie!!

    1. Awh now you're making me blush... You're the best :)))
Twinsie Tuesday is a day when you pair up (or with more than just another blogger, it could be a group of people) and do a post based on a same topic. I think it's more designed for two bloggers. In this case Karen and I did a post on the polishes we had sent to each other, but it could really be anything. It could be a mani featuring a certain product (like Karen and Marta's posts a little while ago featuring gold foil). Having said that, you and I need to do a Twinsie post too!!!!!

  3. Thank you so much for swapping & twin posting with me! I love what you did here! Gah I want those GALS plates! Its too bad Holographic Hero is a bit flat :( I haven't worn mine yet, but I was hoping for a bit more holo! oh well, I'm not complaining, anytime a np company wants to release a holo polish is OK with me :)
