Another week, another Monday!
I have a really awesome blue to show you today. It's not a new polish by any means, but it's soooo gorgeous!! I just love it when I discover these gems in my untrieds!
Today I tried OPI "Blue My Mind" paired with OPI "Tickle My France-y"!
Blue My Mind is a fabulous electric blue that took 2-3 coats for full opacity. Formula was really nice also. The only odd thing about this polish was the smell!! Very strange and unlike any other OPIs I have.
Tickle My France-y is a dusty neutral light pink with just a slightest pearly shimmer. It achieved opacity in two coats, and formula was very nice as well! It actually was almost like a jelly!! And I love jellies, so even though it's a nude, I love it!
I'm on the kick with geometric stamping so I chose a design from GA-4 and Color Club "Beyond" (from the newest Halo Hues collection).
Aaaaah just check out this blue!!!! This just jumped into my top 10 favorite blues!!!
Blue My Mind is part of OPI Brights collection released in spring of 2010.
Tickle My France-y is part of OPI La Collection De France released back in fall of 2008.

That blue is gorgeous! I think I know exactly what you mean about the smell. Do you have China Glaze Frostbite? If you do I bet it smells the same, it must be that bright blue pigment that has a particular odd smell.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous blue! I was thinking about Frostbite, too. It's a small price to pay to be sporting such a fantastic color, though ;) And I can't get enough of holo stamping, it looks so rad, man! ;)
