Valentine's Day mani #2 with Essie and The Nail Junkie

Hi girlies!

So you won't believe what happened to me yesterday..  My hubby called me at work saying that his boss just dropped a huge bomb on him.  It turns out that my man got a HUGE promotion!!  like huge huge!  But...  you knew there was a 'but', right?  we would have to move =((  It wouldn't be too terribly far, just 6 hours away, but I can't even wrap my head around this!  Looking for a new job, leaving my whole family and all my friends..  it's like starting a whole new life!  I really cannot imagine doing this.  Even though that's what my family and I did 20 years ago by moving to a whole different country, I was only a teenager back then and a far more flexible  I truly don't know how people do it!!  Good thing is my hubby doesn't really want to move either, so they're in negotiations.  Keep your fingers crossed that everything turns out ok!!!

And in the meanwhile, I've got an awesome polish to show you: The Nail Junkie "Love Letter"!

I started out with 2 coats of Essie "Cocktail Bling", a grey creme with blue undertones with awesome formula.

I covered my nails with only one coat of Love Letter.  It consists of white, pink, and red squares together with tiny black matte glitters, all suspended in clear base.  I gotta say, the name is very appropriate for this polish; the squares remind me of colorful letters!

mmm mmm mmmm!!!

Love Letter is part of The Nail Junkie V-Day collection released in 2012.

My rating:
Color: 5/5
Formula: 5/5
Price: $10
Overall: 5/5 (absolutely perfect from the glitter combination, through formula, and affordability!!)

What do you all think of this polish?  Have I created a lemming yet?  I hope so!!! =))
Thank you so much for visiting!!

  4. OMG, congrats to your husband. Hopefully you guys can come to a compromise....that would be a tough decision. Good luck! This is such a cool mani. I actually have Cocktail Bling and I think I need to wear it again. I have always found that greyish colors look great as a base.
